In the face of a recession and cost of living crisis, Schroders Personal Wealth needed to better leverage their brand and website in an economic landscape no longer built on optimism, but ruled by caution.

Our response

An updated proposition with change at its core allowed SPW to communicate with optimism while providing a way for them to adopt a tone of reassurance and practicality. "We Change Lives" served as the foundation for a brand and campaign narrative which paved the way for a complete overhaul of their website.

Working closely with their teams we helped establish an ambition that would take their site beyond a traditionally product-focussed site, into an intelligent platform designed to meet the needs of each individual user. From wireframes to final delivery, we created a site that communicates more than just services. Led by the ethos of Schroders Personal Wealth, the site provides tools and guidance designed to empower customers from their very first interaction to ongoing support.
