To connect it with a new sector, and to provide an opportunity for year-round PR, we proposed charity War on Want launch an annual international photographic competition to 'make poverty visible'.
We secured editors from the Guardian and Observer as judges and launched the award in 2010, receiving entries from around the world.

Impact
- Bond & Coyne brought in a load of new ideas that pushed us to look at ourselves differently. It has been challenging to us as there was the perception that using designers is expensive or unnecessary, but it opened an internal discussion about why design and creativity is important and what it could say about us which has been very beneficial. The proof for us is in the response we've now received through our events: younger audiences are our fastest growing membership group.
